"When I was hired at Vanguard as a substitute teacher four years ago, I had no idea how much that job would impact my life. Since that time I have moved from substitute teacher to special education aide, to 4th grade teacher. It has truly been a wonderful and amazing journey. As a substitute teacher, I had the opportunity to visit many different schools. While each school was good, Vanguard stood out to me as great. The staff members and teachers have been the most friendly and helpful people with whom I have ever worked. I have built so many close relationships with the students with whom I teach, at times, it's like coming to work with your family. The families that choose to send their students here are so eager to be involved and to join this community. I am always so proud to tell people where I work and to suggest it to those looking for a great school. Vanguard was the right choice for me, I'm sure it will be the right choice for you!"
